The installation titled Domestic landscape unfolds over the wall twenty different landscape paintings acquired at flea markets that have been modified with a bas-relief horizon made of industrial materials that imitate nature represented within themselves. All pictures are aligned in their horizons forming a long scenic emplacement.
Formica slices simulating stones such as granite and marble, mirrors that mimic water bodies and synthetic grass, and many other materials, appear as technological horizons that accentuate nostalgia for the idyllic environments of such representations, while articulating new symbolic mediations of the human footprint in the landscape.
