A bench of tied branches derived from those used in the rituals of cleansing, healing and calling for rain that are still practiced in Mexico. On it, snakes crawl.

On the floor, a flat plastic body linked to the two Mixtec murals in the Patterson collection, which will be exorcised to return the paintings.
