The Observatory is an artifact or urban toy designed to direct the senses towards contemplating the routinely unnoticed landscape.

“(…) The visual logic is altered by an unusual angle of observation and by a mirror that allows us to see what we have behind the neck. We look in detail at things or events that escape our vision but that our body detects in some way. The novelty of the information alters the distances, the scale and the time it takes to travel between different points of reference which, together, modify the mental maps that we have of a specific territory.”
